Definitions and Interpretation

In this terms and conditions document, the following terms carry the meanings stated:

• "Platform" refers to the auraasia website accessible at auraasia.best, including all subpages, services and functions offered within it.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered an account and uses the services of this platform.
• "Account" refers to a user's registered profile containing their cash balance, betting records and personal information.
• "Balance" refers to the actual amount of real money (cash) available in a user's account, excluding bonus funds.

• The total bonus received must be wagered 20 times (20x) before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.
• Calculation example: Deposit RM100 → bonus RM100 → balance RM200 → wagering requirement RM100 × 20 = RM2,000.
• Another example: Deposit RM800 → bonus RM300 (maximum cap) → balance RM1,100 → wagering requirement RM300 × 20 = RM6,000.
• auraasia reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion without prior notice.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly into cash.
• Use of bonuses suspected of breaching policy, including arbitrage betting or low-risk strategies aimed at fulfilling wagering requirements, may result in the bonus and related winnings being voided.

The auraasia VIP programme offers three tiers: Bronze with weekly cashback of up to 0.4%, Silver with weekly cashback of up to 0.8%, and Gold with weekly cashback of up to 1.2%. Tier upgrades depend on your betting activity over time.

Prohibited User Conduct

Users agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the auraasia platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any technical tools to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live table games.
• Depositing money obtained from illegal activities or attempting to use the platform as a channel for money laundering.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the identity verification process.
• Abusing the customer support system by submitting false or unfounded complaints.
